  • Openly examine and confess my faults to myself, to God, and to someone I trust. (Steps 4 and 5) (Mat 5:8)
  • Step 3. We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God. - Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, this is your spiritual act of worship. (Rom 12:1)
  • Evaluate all my relationships. Offer forgiveness to those who have hurt me and make amends for harm I've done to others when possible, except when to do so would harm them or others. (Steps 8 and 9) (Mat 5:7)
  • Abandonment(55)

  • It doesn't matter how dark the night seems, or how deep the valley goes. You don't need to fear because I am always with you. If you wander away too far, I will reach out and bring you back to me. Be comforted in the fact that I am your shepherd that leads you, your protector and provider, and nothing and no one can withstand my power. (Psa 23:4)
  • I am coming back for you. I told you before that I have gone to prepare a place for you to live with me forever. Those believers who have already passed on in death will be there with me to meet you. What incredible rejoicing there will be! (1The 4:15)
  • You are so beautiful to me. Everything about you is exquisite to me, because I fashioned you just for myself. Every part of you is perfect to me. (Son 4:1)
  • Anger(29)

  • Even when it seems like there is more going on than you can handle, I will always either give you the strength to deal with it, or make a way out of it. Just hold on, and trust me to bring you through it. (1Cor 10:13)
  • Many will abandon you as you walk along my narrow road. Do not be surprised, because some people I place in your life only for a season, only for certain lessons. Do not place your hope in anyone other than me, for I will always come to you quickly and provide everything that you need. (2Tim 4:10)
  • You think that small disagreements between you and your brothers and sisters don't really mean much, but they create discord and disunity in my body. Unity doesn't always mean sharing the same ideas, but allowing others to have differing opinions. Sometimes you simply need to agree to disagree in order to keep the peace in the body. (Phi 4:2)
  • Anxiety(94)

  • I can turn any situation into one that glorifies our Father and further transforms you into my image. I can even take sickness and use it for good, displaying my mighty power within you while you are humanly weak. I can open doors for witnessing that were previously shut, and provide opportunities for miracles. I am still with you, remaining Lord over all, and I will not waste one opportunity to bring you closer to me, and simultaneously reconcile the world to our Father. (Gal 4:13)
  • Contrary to popular belief, our Father is not an angry God waiting to destroy evil doers. He is compassionate, understanding the flaws and failures of men, and gracious, offering His own power to mankind so His followers can obey Him. Unlike man, He is very slow to become angry because he overflows with love for his creation. He longs for everyone to come to Him for salvation and doesn't want anyone to be separated from Him. Think on His loving-kindness toward you and spend time in praise for his mercy in your life. (Psa 103:8)
  • When you feel like you are drowning in emotions that seem to pull you downward, remember that they are only feelings, and I am greater than your heart. Hopelessness only lives in a mind that has forgotten about me, because with me ALL things are possible. Praise me, and put your hope in my unfailing loving kindness toward you and my endless power, because unlike everything else you place your hope in, I will not disappoint you. (Psa 43:5)
  • Authority(39)

  • I love my church, my bride. She is my body, held together by my spirit and my power, as long as she stays connected to and acknowledges me as her head. When the church obeys me and not man, my body grows in members and in power. (Col 2:19)
  • You do not need praise from anyone else, only from me. Even though you carry my authority wherever you go, you do not need other people to recognize that authority. Rarely did I exert my authority over others, but always served. With whom are you tempted to display your authority? (1The 2:6)
  • The world and everything in it is the rightful dominion of our Father. Every created thing belongs to Him and was meant to be an extension of his loving kindness and his power. All the works of his hand should rise up and praise Him for He is worthy of all honor and fame. Praise Him with everything that is within you, regardless of your feelings or thoughts, because you belong to Him, and He loves you with an everlasting love. (Psa 103:22)
  • Correction(36)

  • Not everyone shares the same calling. That is why I have widely distributed various spiritual gifts and natural talents, and assigned people to different paths. There are so many people who need to discover who I am, and then be taught about me and trained to be my disciple. Just as a body has multiple essential parts to make it work, so it is in my church. Be faithful to fulfill the calling I have placed on your own life. (Gal 2:9)
(Phi 4:2)
  • If you decide you want to make yourself feel "righteous" by obeying legalistic rules, then you are setting yourself up to have to obey every single rule, or be condemned by those very laws. If you live by the law, you can't pick and choose which laws you will and will not obey. Either you try to justify yourself by obeying regulations, or you live by faith in me, obeying what my Holy Spirit instructs. But only by living by faith are you considered righteous. (Gal 5:3)
  • Death(16)

  • Through your continual obedience to Our Father, you are becoming more and more like me in character, attitude, and actions. But there is coming a day when you will see me, and you will be like me, because I will transform your body into a likeness of my glorious body. I can do that because my power can bring everything under subjection to me. Rejoice, because that day is coming. (Phi 3:21)
  • When you feel like you are sinking, I will pull you up. I will draw you out of the deep waters of hurt and depression and fear and pull you to myself. You are mine, and I will always protect you. Just call out my name. (Psa 18:16)
  • You can be confident in these things - my never failing love for you and my boundless power to complete the work I have begun in you. I didn't save you to leave you as you were, but to rescue you from sin and death. I brought you out of darkness and into my glorious light, and placed my Spirit in you to continue your transformation so that when we see each other face to face, you will be like me. (Phi 1:6)
  • Depression(49)

  • I know you hear in your head all of the things that you have done wrong, but I speak on your behalf to our Father. I tell him you belong to me and that is all that matters. (1Joh 2:1)
(Psa 43:5)
  • I want my Spirit to rain on you and saturate you through and through. Be still in my presence and let me pour my Spirit out upon you generously. In my Spirit is my life, my power, my love. Stop struggling and just soak. (Tit 3:6)
  • Discipline(54)

  • I designed my family to work together, with the older, more mature members teaching the younger ones the truths they have learned from me. These life lessons include controlling what you say and who you talk about, and remaining in control of your person at all times (not getting drunk or high). Most of all, everyone must learn that their conduct always reflects back on me, and their actions must show that they hold me and my words in the highest esteem. To whom can you pass on the lessons you are learning? (Tit 2:3)
  • You have learned many things, but knowing is not enough. I expect you to act on what you have learned, walking it out in faith. You have a high calling on your life to live in this world as I did, and I have been teaching you what you need to know. Now, express through your actions the truths that have been imparted to and implanted in you. (Phi 3:16)
  • Praise our Father in Heaven, as do all the heavenly host. The elders, the angels, and all creation give Him the honor due Him as the Creator. However, the greatest act of praise is submission to His will, surrender of yourself by laying yourself upon the altar of God as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. Serve Him out of true love, and the praise of your mouth will match the praise of your life lived for Him. (Psa 103:21)
  • Encouragement(80)

  • No matter what happened yesterday, or what bad choices you may make today, tomorrow holds a brand new opportunity to start again and make it about Me. I am the God of second, third and a thousand chances, and I live to be merciful and loving toward you. Do not give up hope. (Lam 3:22)
  • You are a part of my family, and you must be willing to get involved in the lives of your brothers and sisters personally. Warn those who are either not doing anything for the kingdom, or are doing things to pull people apart. Encourage the disheartened, help the weak, and be patient with everyone. For whom can you be my hands and feet today? (1The 5:14)
  • It doesn't matter what you see on the outside of yourself - your body was never meant to last forever. It is of use when you utilize it on behalf of me, being my hands and feet, but eventually it will wear out. So focus on the part of you that will live eternally - your spirit and soul - which is continuously regenerated into my likeness day by day. (2Cor 4:16)
  • Faith(237)

  • People make the Christian life out to be much harder than it is. Religions have substituted their own rules, regulations and sacrifices for my simple command to listen, trust and obey whatever I say, whenever I say it. That's how you receive salvation, and how my Holy Spirit comes to live within and fill you with my knowledge, my characteristics and my power. Spend some time in my presence today, listening for my words of life for your situation. (Gal 3:2)
  • The only real promise of true and fulfilling life is found in me. You can try to fill the empty places in you through other worldly means, but it will never satisfy. I can truly say that if you drink of me, you will never thirst again. (2Tim 1:1)
  • I am completely capable of providing for everything you need in this life. You don't have to be concerned about how you will get things for yourself, or hoard things out of fear of the future. Instead, I want you to focus on meeting the needs of others around you, spending yourself on them on my behalf, as I would do if I were physically there. I will direct, empower and provide for you regarding how and what you should do for others. Who is around you that needs help today? (Phi 2:4)
  • Fear(94)

  • I told my disciples that I had to go away in order for the Holy Spirit to come and live inside of them. My spirit is my deposit that I have made in you that guarantees my promise of eternal life for you. This was our father's plan from before the beginning of time, and you can trust that I will complete what I have started and bring you to where I am now. (Tit 1:2)
  • Pray to me, and ask me for opportunities for you to share the good news about me. Do not be afraid or nervous about what you will say. I will provide the timing and the words. (Col 4:3)
  • If you are not sure about something, don't worry about that. We will make that clear to you in due time. If it is a subject of debate between you and someone else, do not feel you have to prove you are right or have all the answers. I will reveal what needs to be known at the right time to the right people. Trust me in this. (Phi 3:15)
  • For Men(2)

  • Husbands must remember what first drew them to their wives, what made them love her. I call them to treat her as they did when they courted her, and not as though she is some type of obstacle that is blocking them from getting what then want. They need to come to me for all of their needs, and I will provide them. (Col 3:19)
  • Husbands must love their wives sacrificially, in a way that will cost them something, especially their time. Love shouldn't be given only when it's convenient, with nothing else to do. They must make time for her, and not begrudge it. (Col 3:19)
  • For Women(9)

  • I love you more than you will ever know on earth. But one day, you will come home to me, and you will experience the fullness of my love for you throughout eternity. (Joh 14:2)
  • Wives must not rage and battle against their husbands. If they want something, they must come to me in prayer, and asked me for it. I can change even Pharaoh's hard heart; so I can change their husband's heart as well. (Col 3:18)
  • Wives should be submissive to their husbands. This does not mean being a doormat, or allowing ungodly things to go on in the home. It means trusting me with all of their concerns instead of trusting in their husband, and resting on the fact that I will handle them as I see fit. (Col 3:18)
  • Forgiveness(26)

  • Because you have placed your trust in me, when the Father looks at you, He chooses not to see your mistakes, flaws and failures. Instead, He sees me and my righteousness. Your balance owed from your sins is zeroed out, and you are clean and pure in his sight, legally declared not guilty. If He has left your sins in the past, you need to do so as well. (Gal 3:6)
  • When you repented and asked for forgiveness, it was granted to you. That matter was settled, the debt owed was paid, the file on the judge's desk was marked 'NOT GUILTY', sealed and filed away forever. It was removed from your record, just as if it never happened. The judge will not take that file back out to review it ever again. That's how far your sin was separated from you, so leave it and move on. (Psa 103:12)
(Psa 103:8)
  • Giving(36)

  • When you face trials and suffering, you have one weapon that no one can take away. It is the fact that you personally know who I am. You have experienced that I am trustworthy and keep my promises, and that I am faithful to take care of you and everything that is important to you. Remind yourself constantly of the ways that I have proved myself to you. (2Tim 1:12)
  • Remember that you normally have an audience for everything you say and do. So do the things that you think I would do. That includes praising our Father for all he has done and given to us. (Col 3:17)
  • Remember when your emotions were out of control? Remember when not knowing the future would shake you? And then I came into your life and brought peace. Be thankful everyday for what I have done for you. (Col 3:15)
  • Grief(19)

  • I am coming back for you. I told you before that I have gone to prepare a place for you to live with me forever. Those believers who have already passed on in death will be there with me to meet you. What incredible rejoicing there will be! (1The 4:15)
  • Remember that your life is not your own; you belong to me. It is important that you remain as a part of my body on earth, because my plans for you also affect my plans for others' lives. Trust me, because I know the plans I have for you, and they are to prosper you and those whom you touch on my behalf. (Phi 1:24)
  • I know you wonder what it will be like when I return. I will come down from heaven with a loud command, and you will hear the voice of the Archangel and the trumpet call of God. The dead who believed in me will rise first and we will all be reunited. It will be glorious! (1The 4:16)
  • Healing(6)

  • Your patience with the suffering of others publicly sets you apart. People enduring illness often feel so vulnerable and isolated, fearful, exhausted and overwhelmed. They are rarely at their best, and it would be very easy to get annoyed with them. But I call you to go with them not only one mile, but two. Forgive their ill humor or bad mood that pushes everyone else away, and move closer - close enough to touch them with my selfless, endless love. (Gal 4:14)
  • This world is temporary and fleeting. People come and go, and life still goes on. This may seem like a cruelty, but you are just a visitor, an alien in this world. You are now a spiritual person with a physical body, my emissary working on my behalf in this natural world until you return to live forever with me. Make the most of your time here, but do not think this is all there is. Your heavenly mansion, your complete healing, your reunion with loved ones still awaits you. (Psa 103:16)
(Gal 4:13)
  • Heaven(24)

  • Because you know me, the timing of my return may be unknown, but you expect my coming. To those who do not know me, my return will be frightening. However, for you, it will be the sudden fulfillment of a long desired hope, like a dream come true. Tell me what you've dreamed of doing in heaven... (1The 5:4)
  • You are just passing through this world. I know it is an extended stay, but you aren't from here and you don't belong here. You are visiting, and will return to your home of origin, heaven, where you have your citizenship. So don't expect much from this temporary location - your rewards are at home, along with your loved ones and the One who made you. Live for me, your Savior, and I will return to take you home with me. (Phi 3:20)
  • Your God and your destiny are intertwined. If you acknowledge that I am your God, by humbling yourself before me, trusting and obeying me out of love for me, your destination is heaven. If, however, you are your own god, and you live to fulfill your own desires, trusting only in yourself as your supreme authority, then your destination is hell. Don't let your mind settle on earthly things, but always set your eyes on me, the author and perfecter of your faith. (Phi 3:19)
  • Holiness(120)

  • When people recognize how you have made such a marked change in your life, and don't do the things you used to do or that others do, people will talk about it. And that is good, I want them to talk about it. It is how I am glorified. (1The 1:9)
  • Godliness can only come when you have God living in you. When God lives in you, you have God's power as well. There is no such thing as godliness without power. So avoid anyone who tells you godliness is based on rules and regulations, because it only comes from my spirit indwelling you. (2Tim 3:5)
  • Whatever task you perform, do it as if it was a command performance for me. Give your best effort, and do not hold back. Everything you do reflects back on me, so make me proud. (Col 3:23)
  • Hope(33)

  • I knew you while you were yet in your mother's womb. I fashioned and formed you for the purpose for which you were born. I have set you apart from this world and from others that you might fulfill your calling and be dedicated to me. And I will empower you by my Holy Spirit to complete every good work I have assigned to you. Your surrender to me and my will brings me great pleasure. (Gal 1:15)
  • The times are uncertain and often frightening. So encourage one another with the truth not only about life, but about death. It is a temporary separation from loved ones, and a permanent reunion with me. There is no reason to be afraid. (1The 4:18)
  • My promises are only for those who live by their faith in me. If you don't trust in me, in my goodness, faithfulness, loving kindness, mercy and my power, you won't trust in my promises. Not living by faith in what I have said is like refusing to reach out and take a costly gift which I have laid before you. Be like Abraham, and trust that I will keep my promises to you. But that also entails acting upon that assurance that things will happen according to my timing. (Gal 3:16)
  • Humility(13)

  • There will be times when I will hold you back from going to certain places, or meeting with certain people. There is a time and a season and a purpose for everything I do and do not do. Simply listen and obey, go when I say go, follow when I say follow. Trust my timing for everything in your life. In what area of your life are you tempted to rush ahead of me? (Gal 1:18)
  • Faith is the only thing that matters in your life. Everything you do must be in trusting response to my will, which I will make known to you. You can't, at any time, substitute your own works for obeying me. There is no action you can take or thing you can offer that will make up for rejecting my instructions to you. I require that you be merciful to others, do the right thing, and walk humbly in obedience to me at all times. (Gal 2:17)
  • By taking on the form of man, and obeying even if it meant giving up my life, I was able to show you how to humble yourself through obedience. Humility before God means acknowledging that He and His will is of great importance because He is our Creator and Sustainer. Humility before people means acknowledging that you are not the most important person, and that others are just as important to God, and should always be treated with value and dignity. (Phi 2:8)
  • Joy(26)

  • Rejoice in me! It is a choice you make every day. It is not a feeling, but an action that you take, a decision that you make, to find your joy in me and what I have done for you and for others. Speaking what you are grateful for is the place to start, because once you start rejoicing, you will become glad! (Phi 2:18)
  • Because you know me, the timing of my return may be unknown, but you expect my coming. To those who do not know me, my return will be frightening. However, for you, it will be the sudden fulfillment of a long desired hope, like a dream come true. Tell me what you've dreamed of doing in heaven... (1The 5:4)
  • I am calling you to rejoice in me always. Do not allow the changing and sometimes upsetting circumstances around you to rob you of your joy. When you are upset, you can be quick tempered, and negative. But I need you to keep your faith in me, and to act in love, patience and gentleness despite what is going on around you. What situation is tempting you to not act in love? (Phi 4:5)
  • Judgement(40)

  • You cannot see everything that the Father and I are doing on your behalf in the spiritual realm. You see evil people supposedly getting away with or even rewarded for their actions, but these are only temporary. We will have our victory in the end, and there will be justice for those who have been trampled upon by the unrighteous. Trust us, and be patient as we work out our perfect will in this world. (Psa 103:6)
(Gal 3:6)
  • When you have a position of authority over others, remember that you are still under my authority. I am your supervisor, and they are my employees. So treat them as I would treat them, and judge them as you would have me judge you. (Col 4:1)
  • Love(171)

  • Because you belong to me and belong to the light, and not to the darkness, do not be like others who walk absent-mindedly through this world. Be awake and sober, always looking for my appearance and ways to share my love with others. Act like the pure and radiant bride that you are to me. How can you prepare yourself for my coming? (1The 5:6)
  • Many things can take you by surprise, but don't let them rock your world. Instead, make sure that you do not react, but that you strive to consistently act in love in every circumstance. That is how you live a life worthy of your calling. (Phi 1:27)
  • Sometimes it is hard to know whether or not to help someone else. But remember my rule, if someone is unwilling to work they shall not eat. So do not rescue those who are unwilling, not unable, to take care of themselves out of laziness. You encourage their bad behavior by getting into it. (2The 3:10)
  • Mercy(14)

  • I have bought you back from the enemy, who held you prisoner due to your sin debt. I redeemed you with my blood so you could be with the Father and I forever, starting the moment you accepted our gift of salvation. Even when you don't live for us as you should, we pour out love and compassion on you without measure, reminding you that you belong to us, and were bought with a great price. Take time today to remember my sacrifice and revel in our love for you. (Psa 103:4)
  • Our Father is deserving of all of the glory. That means that he deserves to be seen as the greatest, kindest, most loving and merciful, and most powerful and important being that has ever existed. That is why it is so important for you to imitate my way of life, especially how I made sure that everything I did and said was a true representation of what our father would say and do on Earth. How can you glorify God today? (Phi 4:20)
  • Many people really believe that what they have been taught by others is the truth. They will act upon it with all earnestness. But that does not mean that it is the truth. Be careful to compare what others say to the truth of my word. And be merciful to those who believe not according to my word but what they have been taught. You do not have the complete truth either, so do not judge them. (Gal 1:14)
  • MY PRIVATE MESSAGES ONLY(0)

    Obedience(406)

  • Through all of your earthly struggles, remember that a rest is coming for you when you will no longer have to deal with them. You will be with the father and I forever. Just think of the day I will come in the clouds from heaven with the angels to take you home with me. Until then, rest in me and I will bring you through everything myself. (2The 1:7)
  • Everyone plays a part in my plan. Some parts are public, seen by many people. But others perform in secret, with their reward waiting for them in heaven. Whether the purpose is elevated or common, each person helps to bring the kingdom of God to earth according to my will. (2Tim 2:20)
  • The enemy and the world will always try to separate you from the Father and I. The people of the world cannot stand to see you living in the light, and will do everything they can to drag you down to the darkness in which they live. The light shines on their evil deeds, and they hate it. And the enemy always wants you to doubt my goodness so you will lose your faith in me. Cling to me at all times - do not let yourself be isolated from me or your brothers and sisters, because that will leave you vulnerable to attack. (Gal 4:17)
  • Patience(69)

  • Why do you struggle and have problems with anger? It's only because you want something that you cannot have, and God is not giving it to you in your timing. You are tempted to go around God to get it for yourself, so you are aggravated. Don't take it out on other people, but wait patiently for me to bring you what you need in my timing. (Jam 4:1)
  • When a child doesn't like the answer they receive from their parent, they have a habit of asking the same question over and over again. Sometimes you are like that, too; I say "no" or "not yet", but you continue to ask in hopes I will change my mind. I know you don't like it when I don't immediately answer your prayers in the affirmative, and that you sometimes get angry with me for it. But you need to trust that I know what is best. Outside of my timing, your requests will not satisfy you, nor will they fulfill the will of God. (Gal 4:16)
  • As I fill you with my love for our Father and for others, and teach you more about myself and my heart's desires, you will begin to act just like me. You will have more joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control as you surrender to my Spirit's will, and allow my love to flow through you. As you stand clothed in my righteousness before our Father, you will bring glory, honor and praise to Him. (Phi 1:11)
  • Peace(36)

  • It is impossible to remain in my peace when you are constantly thinking about everything that is wrong. That is why I command you to think on everything that is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and excellent. These things remind you of my past goodness toward you, so you can trust in my future continued faithfulness towards you. To gain and keep your peace, praise me and pray to me in faith continually. (Phi 4:8)
  • Don't be afraid of suffering. It is what perfected my obedience when I walked on the earth, and will perfect you as well. But you will never be comfortless at those times; I will be with you always, my Spirit filling you with my peace and wrapping His arms around you with my love. You are never alone. (2Tim 2:3)
  • Sometimes, you find your mind wandering toward thoughts of "what if" and "if only". If you will just turn your thoughts back to our Father's proven faithfulness, and rest in His care for you and His ability to handle every situation, you will find such peace. If you will quietly commit to complete trust in Him, you will find the strength you need to continue going. (Isa 30:15)
  • Power(85)

  • Everything in heaven and on earth, seen and unseen, was created by my father and I. All of the rulers and people with power and authority have been placed there by my father, to accomplish His will. You can trust that he knows what he is doing in your life. (Col 1:16)
  • Have you slipped back into the mentality that you have to "earn" my love and my power working in your life? You didn't become my adopted child because of anything you ever did for me - only because you put your faith in me and accepted my payment for your sins. I will work miracles in and around you by the power of my Spirit - just trust in me completely to do what is necessary simply because you are mine through faith. (Gal 3:5)
  • The entire purpose of your life is to reveal me to others. When they hear you speak, when they see you sacrificially give to others, when they witness my power working through you in impossible situations, and when you surrender joyfully to my will even when it is not what you want, they will see me in you. I am glorified in you when you surrender to my spirit and act like me. (Gal 1:16)
  • Praise and Worship(30)

  • Fill your life with my words. It can be through conversation, music, reading, watching videos, any form of communication will do. My word is alive and active when you place your faith in it. (Col 3:16)
  • Our Father is worthy of your time being spent thinking and talking about how awesome He is. Let yourself be truly amazed at how massive and powerful He is, so it increases your faith in Him. The world has no problem speaking against His existence, or denying His power. So do not be ashamed to publicly extol His goodness and loving-kindness, faithfulness and mercy through your words, and more importantly, your actions. (Psa 103:1)
  • All of the universe praises me, from the angels in heaven to the rocks that will cry out to fill the silence of those who will not sing my praises. The angels are mighty only because they obey me and receive their power from me. Yet, although they are beautiful creations, you are higher and greater than angels. You are not only my creation - you have been adopted as my own child, filled with my Holy Spirit, and will rule and reign with me forever. Praise me with all of your heart! (Psa 103:20)
  • Prayer(55)

  • You are to love everyone, but it doesn't mean that you are to hang out with everyone. Bad company does corrupt good character, and only I can change the direction of someone else's life, not you. So pray for them, share about what I have done in your life, but do not yoke up with them. (2The 3:6)
  • It is so easy to get distracted by things that don't go your way, but that leads to grumbling and complaining which does NOTHING to glorify our good Father. The rain falls on the just and the unjust alike, but only those who have entrusted themselves to the care of the Father can be sure that every obstacle and hindrance can be used to make you more like me. Choose praise and prayer over grumbling and complaining every time. (Phi 2:14)
  • There will be times when I speak things to you that I do not want you to share with others. I simply want you to listen and obey. It will be a temptation for you to speak of it to others, in order to get their approval. But if I have spoken to you clearly, and you are sure of your purpose, simply surrender and obey. (Gal 1:17)
  • Pride(9)

  • There are those who oppose and ridicule the truth of my word. Their minds are depraved, and they reject knowledge of me. But it is not long before they expose themselves for the foolish people they are. Let me deal with them, and do not try to change their mind. Stay far away from them. (2Tim 3:9)
  • Jonah could not stand the thought of me showing mercy to Israel's enemies, he wanted all of them to perish even though they were warned. I know the hurt your going through because of people in your past, I don't condone their actions, but I don't approve of your Judgements of them either. (Mat 5:44)
  • Although you carry with you my authority everywhere you go, I do not want you to be puffed up with pride. I don't want you acting like you are better than anyone else, or more mature. Instead become as a young child, accepting others as greater than yourself, and loving them. Is there any attitude for which you need to repent? (1The 2:7)
  • Purpose(49)

  • People will learn everything they need to know about you by watching you. Your way of life must reflect my purpose for you, your faith in me, your patience with others, your love for me and others, and your willingness to endure hardship for my sake. You are my letter which I have written for all of the world to read. Live for Me. (2Tim 3:10)
  • You have learned many things, but knowing is not enough. I expect you to act on what you have learned, walking it out in faith. You have a high calling on your life to live in this world as I did, and I have been teaching you what you need to know. Now, express through your actions the truths that have been imparted to and implanted in you. (Phi 3:16)
  • It is my desire that each member of my flock is watched over by another member. That is why I assigned an order to my body, to my church. Those who are more mature in the Lord should watch over the younger ones, and train them up to be disciplined and faithful to me. Listen and wait for me to tell you how you can help someone else grow in me. (Tit 1:5)
  • Rejection(26)

  • I can't wait until I can hold you in my arms and embrace you. You are my beloved one, my sister and my love. (Son 2:6)
  • Always keep in mind that your rewards in life and eternity come from me, no one else. I am the one you need to please, no one else. Do everything in a way that will bring glory to our father. (Col 3:24)
  • When the father and I found you, there was nothing in you that justified you being a part of our kingdom. But we made you righteous by my blood sacrifice for your sins, which in turn made you worthy to be adopted as a child of God. And know that, when you suffer for being a Christian, you are proving your worthiness to be called a Christian. Stand firm for me, and I will deal with those that cause you suffering. (2The 1:5)
  • Repentance(12)

  • The gospel is not a man-made story. I am real, I am true, and am perfectly able to reveal myself to you and others in power. Whether or not they will believe, accept, and live for me is another thing, but do not doubt that I can prove my word to be true to those who are seeking me. Simply continue to live for and direct people to me. I will do the rest. (Gal 1:11)
  • Sometimes you knowingly do what you know you shouldn't do. You wait for the other shoe to drop, but I am not eagerly looking forward to disciplining you. My desire is to be merciful toward you, and your true, sorrowful repentance allows my mercy to flow. For what do you need to confess and repent right now? (2Tim 1:18)
  • Righteousness(211)

  • I didn't save you so you could remain the same way you used to be. No matter what the world around you calls acceptable, you are no longer of this world. You must put to death sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, every action that takes away from someone else to feed your selfish desires. (Col 3:5)
  • Being "right" with me can never come through obeying religious laws. If that were true, I would have died for nothing. Right standing with me only comes by entrusting to my care everything that is important to you, including your salvation and the rest of your life. That faith in me allows me to use my supernatural power on your behalf to cleanse you of all unrighteousness and make you holy and pure in our Father's sight. Are you fully trusting in me to take care of everything that matters to you? (Gal 2:21)
  • The rest of the world uses their sexuality as a badge of pride, bragging about their lust and how others lust after them. But you do not belong to the world, and you know our father and his desires for your life. Do not act like those who do not know God. How are you struggling in this area? (1The 4:5)
  • Salvation(124)

  • There is absolutely nothing wrong with the laws of God. I never came to wipe them out, but to show you how love fulfills the law. So the law is good, and you should strive to live according to it by my power within you. (1Tim 1:8)
  • Our father rescued you from your sins, and then called you to live a life separated for and dedicated to him - but not because you earned it. Before time began, he predestined your specific purpose in his plan, and supernaturally empowers you to fulfill it by remaining in submission to me. (2Tim 1:9)
  • I gave my life as a ransom for you, not only to buy you back from slavery to sin, but also to save you from wickedness and purify you. You belong to me now, so you must represent me well wherever you go. I need you to be eager to do what is good, open to sharing my love, and prepared to explain my words to others. (Tit 2:14)
  • Security(7)

  • When you learn how to find your fulfillment and joy in me despite your external circumstances, you will enjoy endless peace. You never need to doubt that I will provide for whatever you need, especially the ability to continue in the midst of adversity. A lack of things will never affect you while your trust is placed firmly in my loving kindness, power, and faithfulness. What in your life is making you doubt my faithfulness? (Phi 4:12)
  • When you finally accept me as your true provider, realizing that I know your needs and love you enough to meet them, you will be able to be content no matter what circumstances arise. You will not be shaken by sudden changes in situations, because you know that I am still Lord over all people and things. If you find your contentment in me alone, you will never be disappointed, because I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Phi 4:11)
  • When you came to me in faith, you were no longer held accountable to the tyrannical rules of the law. By my indwelling Spirit you are led, moment by moment, according to my instruction about what to do in every situation. So do not go back to trying to figure out what is right and wrong on your own. Instead, show that you love me with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and show that you love those around you as you want me to love you. (Gal 4:12)
  • Servanthood(26)

  • Praise our Father in Heaven, as do all the heavenly host. The elders, the angels, and all creation give Him the honor due Him as the Creator. However, the greatest act of praise is submission to His will, surrender of yourself by laying yourself upon the altar of God as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. Serve Him out of true love, and the praise of your mouth will match the praise of your life lived for Him. (Psa 103:21)
  • Do not be enslaved to anything of this world or of the enemy; only be a voluntary slave to me. Everything you do outside my will is wasted effort, for it does not further the plan of our Father. Kingdom purposes alone produce the works that will last throughout eternity. Listen to and obey my Spirit, and He will guide you into ways to make an everlasting difference in this world. (Rom 6:18)
  • Pour yourself out - not only for me, but for others. Spend yourself spiritually in prayer, carrying the burden for those who don't know how to pray, or have lost hope. Spend yourself physically in practical service to others, meeting their needs. Freely you have received from me as I poured my life out for you, so freely give of yourself in the same way. (Phi 2:17)
  • Sin(193)

  • You know me, you know my thoughts, and you know my actions. Walk as I walk, and you will remain clean. (1Joh 1:7)
  • When in a position of power, it is easy to fall into the trap of taking advantage of others. But I demand that you be fair and good, so that those who work under you see me in you, and praise their father in Heaven for you. (Col 4:1)
  • I may not be standing next to you in bodily form every day, but it doesn't mean that I don't see everything that goes on in your life. I go with you wherever you go, so be careful where you take me. I ransomed you from hell and secured a place for you in heaven, so commit yourself to living a life that expresses your salvation through your lifestyle and your words. (Phi 2:12)
  • Strength(47)

  • Don't let your anger get the best of you. It will blind you, and you will stumble in the darkness. (1Joh 2:11)
  • I know it is easy to be tempted to revenge when someone else has wronged you, especially, if you know you were in the right. One of the greatest ways to apply your faith is to respond with a blessing. Moreover, be an example to others who may be with you in times of trouble so that they can glorify the Father in Heaven. Learn to trust me with all your heart, even in trouble. (Rom 12:19)
  • It only takes a small amount of evil to start tainting everything good in your life. One white lie, twisting or omitting the truth, is a tactic of the enemy. Once you give in to him, it is hard to disentangle yourself. Reject every kind of evil - run from it. What in your life should you be turning away from? (1The 5:22)
  • Submission(30)

  • If you know that I have spoken to you, then obey me. There are times when you may not be sure, and there is wisdom in taking the counsel of other godly brothers and sisters. But sometimes, no one else will understand what I have spoken to you in secret and assigned to you to accomplish. In those times, trust in me completely, despite what others say. (Gal 1:16)
  • You cannot love people in your own strength. My agape love is a spiritual love, and flesh is incapable of it. Your love will dwindle, and eventually you will lose patience and become cold toward others. So call upon my Spirit to continually re-fill you with the same love I have for the Father and for you. Then pour yourself out upon others without measure, and I will fill you over and over again. (Gal 4:15)
  • The best that the law can do is act as a driving instructor. It can't make you drive the speed limit, or stay on the right side of the road, or not crash into someone else. But living by faith is like having the Holy Spirit take the wheel and drive lawfully for you. You start desiring to do what is right, so you don't need an instructor telling you what not to do. Surrender to the Spirit's leading today and you will automatically fulfill the righteousness of the law. (Gal 3:24)
  • Suffering(60)

  • When the father and I found you, there was nothing in you that justified you being a part of our kingdom. But we made you righteous by my blood sacrifice for your sins, which in turn made you worthy to be adopted as a child of God. And know that, when you suffer for being a Christian, you are proving your worthiness to be called a Christian. Stand firm for me, and I will deal with those that cause you suffering. (2The 1:5)
  • I can turn any situation into one that glorifies our Father and further transforms you into my image. (Gal 4:13)
  • There will be times when you feel as though everyone has deserted you, and no one came to support you in your time of need. But I command you not to hold this against them. Every person has their own path that they must walk, and although their paths may cross yours for a season, few will remain on the road with you. Let them and the hurt go. (2Tim 4:16)
  • Temptation(84)

  • My People must bear the fruit of self-control. It is the key to overcoming the issues of the flesh. Being able to control your reactions to others, and not giving in to excess of food, drinks, or any other substance, and being free from the love of money is the sign that you are under the control of my Holy Spirit. In what area are you struggling with self-control? (1Tim 3:2)
  • I want my Spirit to rain on you and saturate you through and through. Be still in my presence and let me pour my Spirit out upon you generously. In my Spirit is my life, my power, my love. Stop struggling and just soak. (Tit 3:6)
  • Even when it seems like there is more going on than you can handle, I will always either give you the strength to deal with it, or make a way out of it. Just hold on, and trust me to bring you through it. (1Cor 10:13)
  • Thanksgiving(27)

  • Pray constantly for one another, not only when you happen to think about them, but at scheduled times of dedicated prayer. Thank our father for your brothers and sisters, especially those who work alongside of you. My kingdom cannot accomplish what I purpose if you do not look out for one another. (1The 1:2)
  • I want you to be so filled with me that everyone around you marvels - not at you - but at me. They will boast about what I have done in your life and the marvelous transformation that I brought about in you. Everywhere you go, let your love so shine that everyone around you gives thanks for your father in heaven. (Phi 1:26)
  • Consistently and purposely continue in prayer to our father in my name. Do it at a time when you can focus and be alert. Make sure your prayers are filled with thanksgiving as well as requests for your needs. (Col 4:2)
  • Unity(2)

  • You think that small disagreements between you and your brothers and sisters don't really mean much, but they create discord and disunity in my body. Unity doesn't always mean sharing the same ideas, but allowing others to have differing opinions. Sometimes you simply need to agree to disagree in order to keep the peace in the body. (Phi 4:2)
  • Discord in the body of Christ can undermine what I want to accomplish. If you know that there are members who have problems with each other, and those issues will affect the unity of the body, then leadership needs to address those issues. You are all called to the ministry of reconciliation, which includes bringing people together on account of the Gospel. They don't need to agree on everything, only agree to set aside their differences in order to serve me better. (Phi 4:3)
  • Victory(49)

  • I came to empower you to live righteously. The enemy is always trying to destroy you, but I came specifically to destroy the enemy's work. Don't give in to his lies and deception. (1Joh 3:8)
  • Do not be surprised when you face persecution. I told you beforehand that if they persecuted me that they will persecute you also. But be encouraged, have no fear, for I am with you always. Tell me what I can do to help you live for me today. (1The 3:4)
  • When you are in a tough situation, your faithfulness to me in words and actions will inspire other brothers and sisters to be bold in their faith. You stir up confidence in other believers, not just when you do what is right, but also when you hold yourself back from doing the wrong thing. That is why I need you to endure hardship like it is basic training, learning how to replace your allegiance to your own pleasure with obedience to my words. In which situation do you need help remaining faithful? (Phi 1:14)
  • Wisdom(71)

  • You will hear people tell you many things that they think are in the Bible, but many of them are nothing more than godless myths and old wives tales. It's up to you to train yourself to be godly by searching the scriptures for yourself. What have you learned from my Word today? (1Tim 4:7)
  • Whenever I require you to speak, I will reveal what I want you to say. I want you to be open, if not eager, to share about what I have done in your life. I don't ask you to speak to everyone, just those to whom I direct you. (Col 4:4)
(Gal 1:14)
  • Witnessing(85)

  • Invest extra time in other believers who will take what you teach them and share it with others. Help them more fully understand my truths, and train them how to more effectively convey my Word so that others' lives will be transformed. What fellow believer can you help to understand today? (2Tim 2:2)
  • You can trust in the truth of my words because they came to the world with demonstrations of power through my Holy Spirit. The life I led, and how my disciples were transformed is further proof. But what I have done in your life is the most important and convincing argument. (1The 1:5)
  • The way that leads to sin is very slippery. It starts with hanging around the wrong people, and then spending more time with them, until finally you become like them. Be very careful about the company you keep, and while it is good to witness to them, it is not good to become best friends with them. (Psa 1:1)
  • Worry(37)

  • I know what I am doing. You've got to trust me. I know the future, and it is good. Talk to me about what is concerning and distracting you. (Jer 29:11)
  • There is no reason to fear, because I have overcome your greatest worries. I have even destroyed the power of death and have brought to you my eternal life. When you need wisdom, I will shine upon you the light of my words of truth. This is my promise to you today and every day. (2Tim 1:10)
  • I have seen those who have tried to hurt you. There is no need for you to concern yourself with them, for I will repay them for what they have done. Release them into my hands, and return to the business of fulfilling your calling. (2Tim 4:14)
